Description

Etching and aquatint with hand colouring, formerly in a single strip, now cut into twelve sections (running from image 1, the King's Herb Woman; to image 131, peers on horseback) and framed as two, published 1822
Each strip 8.5 x 74.5cm approx. (2 frames).

Condition

The sections all gummed onto support sheet; some evident foxing and stains; tears/damages on image numbers 9, 19, 69, 131; some fading; scuffs and grazes etc; fair only but quite a scarce print.
